The Yoga Garden Party 2016 took place at Bore Place (formerly Commonwork), Kent on Saturday 30th July 2016.

With your incredibly generous help and support, we raised over £16,500 for HOPE this year, taking the amount raised at the event over the past six years to over £70,000.

As always, we continue to support HOPE's projects, homes and programmes for the street and slum children of Kolkata and in particular this year Kasba girls home, a protection home for over 65 girls which was set up by The Hope Foundation in 2007.  Many of these girls have been rescued from dangerous situations on the streets of Kolkata by HOPE's night watch programme.  Kasba restores the broken and lost childhoods of these girls and implements an integrative approach to all aspects of childcare including the delivery of shelter, health, nutrition, and education, alongside counselling support and recreational activities for their overall emotional, physical and social development.

Sincerely, from the bottom our our hearts, thank you all so much, together we CAN make a difference to the country that gave us yoga.

Vikki, RuthSimon and all of Team YGP x
